Remember, your guitar is a finely crafted, sensitive instrument designed for a specific purpose. Treat it well and use it as intended. Keep your instrument away from extreme temperatures and swift temperature changes, as well as excessive humidity and abrupt fluctuations in humidity levels.
When traveling, allow your instrument to acclimate to new environmental conditions. Let it rest in its case until the temperature of the case and instrument equalizes with that of the surrounding environment. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
Failure to comply with these guidelines may jeopardize your warranty, though this is assessed on a case-by-case basis

Should you experience any issues with your Valiant Guitars instrument, please reach out directly to our headquarters. Here are the procedures for different scenarios:
For a refund: The original purchaser is entitled to claim a refund within 14 days of the instrument’s arrival. In the event of a return, the purchaser must ship the instrument back in its original condition and packaging, with all freight and insurance prepaid, to either the Valiant Guitars headquarters or the nearest authorized service point.
For defect report: Should there be any defects, the owner needs to ship the instrument back to the Valiant Guitars headquarters in its original condition and packaging, with all freight and insurance prepaid. It’s vital to provide a written and photographic description of the defect.
For warranty service: In case of warranty repairs, the owner is required to send the instrument in its original condition and packaging, with all freight and insurance prepaid, to our official representative. A written and photographic description of the defect must be included.
Proof of Purchase: For all scenarios, we require evidence confirming the original purchase, such as a copy of the sales invoice or receipt.
Contact Details: Please provide the name, address, and phone number of the original purchaser, to whom the instrument will be returned in the event of a repair.
