For a refund: The original purchaser is entitled to claim a refund within 14 days of the instrument’s arrival. In the event of a return, the purchaser must ship the instrument back in its original condition and packaging, with all freight and insurance prepaid, to either the Valiant Guitars headquarters or the nearest authorized service point.
For defect report: Should there be any defects, the owner needs to ship the instrument back to the Valiant Guitars headquarters in its original condition and packaging, with all freight and insurance prepaid. It’s vital to provide a written and photographic description of the defect.
